Aventura Office Building with ‘Brightline Activities’ and Train Connection provided by Turnberry – The Next Miami

Plans have been submitted for Two Turnberry, a 14-story, 200-foot office building connected to the new Brightline station, according to SFBJ.

The new project will make it possible to reach Aventura Mall from downtown Miami in approximately 15 minutes thanks to the new pedestrian link.

The office project is expected to include space for “Brightline activities” and a pedestrian bridge across Biscayne Boulevard to the station itself, according to city documents. The exact details of the Brightline area in the new building have yet to be determined.

Access from Brightline Station to the Aventura Mall would be provided via the new bridge.

Another pedestrian bridge is also planned on the West Dixie Highway between the train platforms and the station.

Two Turnberry is planned to include:

  • 240,000 square feet of office space
  • 20,000 square feet of retail space
  • 720 garage parking spaces

Arquitectonica is the architect. Turnberry Associates is the developer.

Aventura commissioners were due to consider the land use changes needed for the project at a meeting yesterday.

The Brightline station at Aventura is already under construction and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2022.
